Personal Data We Collect

Vivli collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experience with our platform. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create a Vivli account, administer your organization’s membership, or contact us for support. We obtain some information by recording how you interact with our platform by, for example, using technologies such as cookies and receiving error reports or usage data when you use the platform.

How We Use Personal Data

Vivli uses the data we collect to operate our non-profit organization and platform. This includes using data to improve the performance of our platform and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, help you with queries, security updates and update you on any actions we need you to take on the platform. We do not share your personal data with third parties, except with Microsoft, as they will store your personal information, including password securely using Azure B2C application settings. Vivli staff, contractors and consultants will not have access to your password information. Information and actions that you take on the platform are fully auditable, including conversations recorded in the chat function or other communications channels on the platform that we may deploy in future.
