Vivli is hiring a Marketing and Communications Lead

VIVLI, the Center for Global Clinical Research, is seeking a Marketing and Communications Lead. Vivli is a mission-focused non-profit and to help manage our continued growth, we are looking for an individual to look on our marketing and communications at a global level.

Job Summary

The Marketing and Communications Lead will report to the COO. This role will develop and execute the organization’s communication strategy and then carry out that strategic message and brand positioning through Vivli’s communications channels and its strategic partnerships.

Location: Remote, working core hours of 9am-5pm Eastern time zone.

Travel: Up to 2–3 times per year within the United States for team meetings

Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Communications Strategy and roll-out: Leading on the development of the organization’s communication strategies and oversee the implementation of that strategy
  • Content creation and optimization: Producing various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, presentations and promotional materials
  • Campaign Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across different channels
  • Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance using key metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Website Development: Updating the website, including a website redesign, to reflect appropriate design principals and drive engagement with Vivli members and researchers
  • Event marketing and management: Oversee the marketing and execution of Vivli events, including webinars, Vivli’s presence at external conferences, and our annual meeting
  • Partnership Management: Engaging with key stakeholders to advance Vivli’s mission
  • Contribute to projects related to Vivli’s mission
  • Perform other duties when requested.

 Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience leading organization communications strategy and implementation with demonstrable results
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience managing communications in a field related to Vivli
  • Demonstrable understanding of clinical trial disclosure, preferred
  • 2 years of prior experience managing external partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate how those skills were deployed to develop strong communication campaigns and outputs across numerous communication channels
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and podcasts
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage projects and resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, health profession or science field
