Version 4.1 of the Vivli platform was released October 31, 2026 and is now available to users.

Release 4.1 includes the following highlights:

• Enhancements to the data upload process: Automatic file verification, options to cancel or retry uploads, additional file information, and more automated data availability once the Data Use Agreement (DUA) is approved.
• Improved support for researchers using Python and other analysis tools: Easier installation and use of Python packages and other tools, including R, within the Vivli research environment.

All Vivli resources and how to guides have been updated to reflect the latest release.
